The Great American Tube Float on Johns River
One of the best ways to see the natural beauty of The Coves is from the Johns River. And The Coves’ Annual Great American Tube Float on John River is in September! The float starts at the River Pavilion on Winding River Rd and will end at the Swimming Hole. Kayakers are welcome too! We all meet back at Pisgah Lodge for the “After-the-Float” Gourmet Picnic Social, catered by 1841 Cafe of Lenoir. Another amazing Coves’ sunset will be the perfect finish to the day.
