On November 19th, the Western Piedmont Symphony will hold its annual Holiday Pops! fundraiser. This Holiday Pops! Nutcracker Ball will showcase the Hickory Jazz Orchestra performing Duke Ellington’s famous “Nutcracker Suite.” Additionally, the Caldwell Men’s Chorus will open the show with a number of holiday favorites and Just Jazz Friends will provide dinner music.
From December 1-4th, Foothills Performing Arts will present their unique interpretation of the beloved holiday classic, “A Christmas Carol.” Stop by the Civic Center on December 17th for “A Celtic Christmas,” a special performance featuring the Silvio Martinat Swing Band and Puddingstone, a 7-member band with vocals, guitar, synthesizer, and fiddle.
