Downtown Lenoir Cruise In NC

A new year brings a host of new and exciting events for beautiful mountain towns in North Carolina like the town of Lenoir. Vintage car enthusiasts and those who enjoy a little muscle under the hood can drive on over to the first Cruise In NC in April 2016. The event is not only smoking hot fun but benefits the local community. Lenoir Downtown Cruisers is a not for profit organization that raises money through  raffles at the events, tickets for prizes, and merchandise such as t-shirts. The money raised will go toward beneficial charities and this year specifically, money raised will go toward the Helping Hands Clinic.

Bring the whole family but hide your keys from your teenagers because they will be tempted and inspired by all the chrome. Lenoir’s Cruise In NC is an enjoyable time for the whole family with prizes up for grabs for the kids and free live bands for the adults. Enjoy a variety of cuisines at the event, as local restaurants cook up speciality dishes to honor this cruise-in event. Feel free to roll in your very own classic car, mingle amongst the crowds, and enjoy the glory that lies in the lovely NC mountain communities.

2016 Events

Below is a list of the Cruise In NC dates for Lenoir for the current 2016 year. Events take place once a month – the first Saturday of each month from the months of April to October. Don’t forget, admission and parking is always free of charge and donations are welcomed and appreciated.

Baby Boomer-cruisers who have a fascination with classic cars have inspired a series of classic car events throughout the months of April all the way to October.  In Lenoir’s Cruisers event, boomers have the opportunity to gaze at a variety of classic cars all while listening to classic old tunes and supporting the NC mountain communities.

Lenoir NC is a quaint, charming old town located in beautiful, serene Caldwell County and is surely one place to visit, vacation and even call home. A city that acquired its name from former North Carolina statesman, William Lenoir, Lenoir boosts a true all-American feel.
