Rick and Joey Hamilton were drawn to The Coves’ wonderful landscape, beautiful mountain views and indigenous plantings. Originally from the Northeast, they love the change of seasons but were searching for an escape from the long, harsh winters. They feel the proximity to so many area attractions and so many different states is unmatched. Along with the increasing list of amenities, the people were so nice and friendly. The Hamilton’s cannot wait to start building their home before the end of the year!
